The Chill-Its 6710FR Colling Bandana Triangle Hat tie closure has a modacrylic cotton blend fabric and meets ASTM F2302 for flame resistance. To activate you have to soak the bandana in water for 2-5 minutes. It remains hydrated for up to 4 hours.
